To our Neighbors, Partners, and Families,

More Than a Mission. A Mother’s Promise.

If you look at my track record, you’ll see an entrepreneur, a CEO, and a strategist. You’ll see someone who builds brands and scales businesses. But if you look at my heart, you’ll see a mother who is racing against a clock that most people don’t even hear ticking.

I am the mother of four incredible children. My world revolves around them, and for years, my daily reality has been shaped by the beautiful, complex, and often underserved world of autism.

The "Transition" is no longer a distant thought—it is at my doorstep.

I am currently watching my own children approach the threshold of adulthood. Like every parent, I want them to be independent, safe, and fulfilled. But for a parent of neurodivergent children, that transition feels less like a graduation and more like a cliff. In the current system, when the school bus stops coming, the support often stops, too.

The Passion Behind the Blueprint

The Home Sweet Home Foundation and Sweet Dreamz were not born in a boardroom; they were born at 3:00 AM in my living room. They were born from the frustration of realized gaps—the lack of specialized after-hour care for working parents and the total absence of housing designed specifically for the sensory and safety needs of our loved ones.

This is deeper than a business venture for me. This is my life’s work.

I am not just building these neuro-inclusive ecosystems for the community; I am building them because I refuse to accept a world where my children—and yours—don’t have a place that was designed with their brilliance in mind. I am building a future where "independence" isn’t a luxury, and "peace of mind" isn’t a dream.

Our Legacy Starts Now

At Home Sweet Home, we aren’t just building apartments; we are engineering dignity. We are creating a "Live-Work-Care" model that ensures that when we are no longer here to hold their hands, the community WE built will be there to hold their future.

I invite you to join me. Whether you are a parent feeling that same "clock" ticking, a professional with the skills to help us build, or a donor who believes in the right to a home—you belong here.

This is the way forward.

With vision and purpose,

Summer Steele Founder & CEO, Home Sweet Home Foundation
